• Property address (street, city, state, ZIP)
• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Your selling timeframe
• Whether you checked the optional marketing text box, when, and which version of the wording you saw
• Any other information you choose to share with us when we talk

Information collected automatically:

• The page you landed on, the page that referred you, and ad campaign details in the link (such as UTM tags and Google or Facebook click IDs)
• A one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used to limit spam and abuse
• Device, browser, and site activity information collected by cookies and pixels (see "Cookies, pixels & advertising")

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss selling your home
• To contact you about buying, selling, or investing in real estate and share market information
• To manage and follow up on your inquiry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

Address lookup (Google Places)

When you type your address, the characters you enter are sent from our server to Google's Places service to suggest matching addresses and confirm the one you choose. Google handles this information under its own terms and privacy policy.

How your form submission is handled

When you submit the seller form, your details are saved in our secure database and then sent through Zapier, an automation service, to Lofty, our CRM, so we can follow up. If delivery fails, the saved submission may be resent automatically.

Calls, texts & email

About your inquiry: When you submit the form, you are asking us to follow up on your home-selling inquiry. We may call, text, or email you at the details you provide about that inquiry.

Marketing texts: We send recurring automated marketing or promotional text messages only if you check the optional, unchecked marketing box on the form. That consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you can submit the form without it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out:

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; reply HELP for help
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Tell us on a call, or contact us using the details below, to stop calls

How we share information

Service providers that help us run the site and follow up on inquiries, including:

• Website hosting and database providers
• Google (address lookup)
• Zapier (moving form submissions to our CRM)
• Lofty (our CRM, used to manage and follow up on inquiries)

Advertising and analytics platforms — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google — receive information through cookies and pixels about your visit and whether a form was completed, to measure and target ads. We do not send your name, phone, email, or property address to these platforms through our pixel or conversion tracking.

Others: our brokerage, LPT Realty; partners involved in your real estate transaction, with your involvement; and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; see "Your choices & rights" to limit this. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies, pixels & advertising

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools, including:

• Meta Pixel (ID 1827920711687815): records page views and a "Lead" event when a seller form is successfully submitted
• Google Ads conversion tracking: records when a seller form is successfully submitted, to measure ad performance

These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser details, and site activity, and Meta and Google may use cookies to connect your visit with your accounts on their platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Information held by our CRM and other providers is also subject to their retention practices.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and restricted access to stored submissions. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to:
